I'“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other” (John F. Kennedy)
Leadership coaching is widely recognized as one of the most effective ways to build capacity, complexity, and capability with leaders in organizations and business. It is about gaining awareness and developing an increasingly complex understanding of self, others and the system to meet present and future challenges. Leaders may receive feedback they may not get from those with whom they work. They are supported in reflecting on and expanding their views; be it about themselves, their beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, values, strengths and shadows, their views about the organization and relevant stakeholders, or other aspects they wish to explore deeper.
In leadership coaching, Oliver will not contribute his own leadership experience without being prompted to do so, but both parties may suggest that it be integrated into the process at any given point.
